The fourth annual Regina Comic Arts Festival returns on November 7, 2026!

This year's guest artist is Lis Xu, an award-winning, Chinese-Canadian comics and picture book illustrator. Her work includes Layover, The Shit Witch, When Molly Drew Dogs (OwlKids), and The Adventures of Kelp Creatures (Oceanwise).

The festival will feature a workshop and keynote talk with Lis Xu, in addition to a costume contest, vendor fair, and special film screening.

The opening reception of Panel After Panel, will close out the festival at 1:00pm on November 8 at Dunlop Art Gallery's Sherwood Village location.
